Hi, I'm Laura McDonald. Hypnotherapist. BWRT Practitioner. Trainer. Certified Business Strategist. And the only business strategist in this space who has spent 21 years actually living the life you're living right now.
I didn't learn this from a textbook. I built a practice from scratch in London, then Ireland, then online. I trained other practitioners. I raised four kids alongside all of it. And I figured out — slowly, sometimes painfully — what actually makes this kind of business work.
